Terms of use
Last updated September 27, 2026
By using The Cape Ann (www.thecapeann.com), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information on this site
The Cape Ann is a free, independent guide. Event and restaurant information is collected from organizers, venues, local calendars, directories and OpenStreetMap, and some labels (such as event type or estimated audience) are our own. We work to keep it accurate, but details change and mistakes happen: dates, times, prices, hours, menus and availability can be wrong or out of date, and events can be canceled or sold out. Always confirm with the organizer, venue or business before you go or buy tickets.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cape Ann and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including missed, changed or canceled events, and are not responsible for the events, venues, businesses, products or services listed.
Other websites
Links to organizers, venues, ticket sellers, restaurants, Google Maps and other sites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or transactions you make there. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not affiliated with the organizations listed unless we say so.
Content and trademarks
Event descriptions are short excerpts with a link to the full listing; names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. The site’s own design, labels and compilation are ours. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors. If you own content that appears here and want it corrected or removed, write to general@thecapeann.com and we’ll respond promptly.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it or by collecting its content in bulk for republication.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
